Anthony J. Novella

For nearly twenty years, Anthony has represented clients in the real estate industry throughout the greater metropolitan area. In 2005, Anthony began cultivating his skills and experience at a large New York City landlord firm that focuses on real estate matters. There, he successfully represented real property owners, management companies, contractors, businesses, and individuals in many different types of commercial and residential real property transactions and proceedings.

In 2011, Anthony became General Counsel at a prominent New York City property management and development firm. There, he created and built a legal department that managed the diverse legal affairs of a portfolio of approximately 200 commercial and residential properties in New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut. As a result, Mr. Novella is highly experienced in commercial and residential real estate transactions, including commercial leasing, the sale and purchase of properties, construction issues, and related litigation. In his role as General Counsel, he was also involved in a variety of corporate and limited liability company matters, covering all aspects of general business law.

Anthony is a graduate of New York University and Brooklyn Law School and admitted to practice in Connecticut and New York.  Mr. Novella resides in his hometown of Danbury.
